• Mattress Return Policy: Try any of Cariloha’s bamboo mattresses for a minimum of 30 days. If you don't fall in love with them, you can return or exchange it within 100 days from the date of delivery. The 100-Night Free Trial limits each customer to using the sleep trial one time.
• Comfort Base Return Policy: During the first year, Cariloha will repair or replace at no cost to the original purchaser any unexpected manufacturer defects, including all authorized labor and transportation costs. If you’re unsatisfied with your Comfort Base within the first 100 days of delivery, contact Cariloha for a refund, minus a $100 restocking fee with a proof of purchase.
• Upholstered Bed Frame Return Policy: During the first year, Cariloha will repair or replace at no cost to the original purchaser any unexpected manufacturer defects, including all authorized labor and transportation costs.
